The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the beach with a great restaurant and bar on-site. I couldn't have asked for a better location than this hotel. It was right across the street from the Fort Lauderdale half marathon's finish line, which was perfect for us. The dining was nice, especially if you enjoy fantastic French toast with a view of the Marina. However, the rooms were a major downside with a dirty and small feel, plus a musty smell that wasn't pleasant. Pricing for parking across the street was an unnecessary additional cost.
